It is our utmost priority to ensure that every service and its fees thereof is communicated from the onset. Should you take an office at the Elite side, we have a service charge fee that is applicable depending on the amount of space that you take as a licensee. On the coworking side, the only fee you might have to pay as extra is printing and photocopy fees. The rates thereof are communicated from the beginning. Additionally, rent must be paid on time, failure to which a client will attract 8% fine monthly.

Kindly note that this provision applies to the Elite Side only. For the coworking area, the space is fully furnished for our esteemed clients. The elite side gives an option for both furnished and unfurnished. Should you wish to take up an unfurnished office, Skyrise Investments Ltd allows you to bring in your own furniture and equipment. The nature of the equipment must be communicated earlier for inspection.
Skyrise Investments Ltd has provided two options- Elite offices and Coworking Space. Coworking Space has small to medium offices- a maximum of 6 pax in an office; while the Elite side has bigger sizes of up to 20 pax employees. This gives flexibility to either upgrade or downgrade their office packages seamlessly.
Skyrise business Centre is a shared workspace where individuals from different professions or companies work together in a collaborative and flexible environment. We offer a range of facilities, including desks, chairs, meeting rooms, and internet access.
